PËR NJË NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR. 9695, DATË 19.3.2007, “PËR
PROCEDURAT E BIRËSIMIT DHE KOMITETIN SHQIPTAR TË BIRËSIMIT”,
TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Në nenin 10, të ligjit nr. 9695, datë 19.3.2007, “Për procedurat e birësimit dhe Komitetin
Shqiptar të Birësimit”, të ndryshuar, pika 2 ndryshohet si më poshtë:
“2. Të ketë përfunduar studimet në shkencat humane, shkencat juridike ose shkencat sociale,
me nivelin e diplomës ‘master shkencor’”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 9.10.2019.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 11319, datë 18.10.2019 të Presidentit të Republikës së
Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta
