Neni 1
Në nenin 36, të ligjit nr. 55/2015 “Për investimet strategjike në Republikën e Shqipërisë”, të
ndryshuar, fjalët “data 31 dhjetor 2019” zëvendësohen me fjalët “data 31 dhjetor 2020”.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Neni 2
Miratuar në datën 18.12.2019
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 11408, datë 6.1.2020,
të Presidentit
të Republikës së
Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta.
