KONVENTËS NDËRKOMBËTARE DETARE “PËR PARANDALIMIN E
NDOTJEVE NGA ANIJET, 1973”, TË NDRYSHUAR ME PROTOKOLLIN
E VITIT 1978 (MARPOL 73/78)
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Republika e Shqipërisë aderon në aneksin VI të Konventës Ndërkombëtare Detare “Për
parandalimin e ndotjeve nga anijet, 1973”, të ndryshuar me protokollin e vitit 1978 (MARPOL
73/78), duke përfshirë dhe rezolutat MEPC.271(69) dhe MEPC.278(70), sipas tekstit që i
bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse e tij.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Neni 2
Miratuar në datën 3.2.2020.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 11437, datë 14.2.2020 të Presidentit
të Republikës së
Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta.
