BASHKËPUNIMIT NDËRKUFITAR IPA II, MAL I ZI - SHQIPËRI, ALOKIMET E
VITIT 2018
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e
Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e financimit ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë, Republikës së Malit
të Zi dhe Komisionit Europian për programin e veprimit të bashkëpunimit ndërkufitar IPA II,
Mal i Zi - Shqipëri, alokimet e vitit 2018, sipas tekstit bashkëlidhur këtij ligji.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Neni 2
Miratuar në datën 16.4.2020
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 11465, datë 23.4.2020 të Presidentit
të Republikës së
Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta.
