PORTI TË LLOJIT MBM NË PORTO-ROMANO, DURRËS, MIRATUAR ME

LIGJIN NR. 104/2015, NDËRMJET MINISTRISË SË INFRASTRUKTURËS DHE

ENERGJISË DHE SHOQËRISË KONCESIONARE “PORTI MBM (MULTY BUOY

MOORING)”, TË NDRYSHUAR

Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të

Ministrave,

KUVENDI

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Miratohet shtesa e kontratës së koncesionit të formës “BOT” (ndërtim, shfrytëzim dhe

transferim) të një porti të llojit MBM në Porto-Romano, Durrës, miratuar me ligjin nr. 104/2015,

ndërmjet Ministrisë së Infrastrukturës dhe Energjisë dhe shoqërisë koncesionare “Porti MBM

(Multy Buoy Mooring)”, të ndryshuar, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji.

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
