Miratohet akti normativ, me fuqinë e ligjit, nr. 22, datë 27.5.2020 “Për shfuqizimin e aktit
normativ nr. 13, datë 2.4.2020, të Këshillit të Ministrave, "Për marrjen e masave të veçanta në fushën
e veprimtarisë së shërbimit përmbarimor gjyqësor, ndërmjetësimit dhe administrimit të procedurave
të falimentimit gjatë kohëzgjatjes së gjendjes së epidemisë së shkaktuar nga COVID-19", miratuar
me ligjin nr.34/2020.
