8952, datë 10.10.2002, ‘Për letërnjoftimin elektronik të shtetasve shqiptarë’, të ndryshuar”.
Miratuar në datën 9.7.2020.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 11553, datë 17.7.2020 të Presidentit të Republikës së
Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta.
