Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 8, pika 1, 83, pika 1, 113, pika 1, shkronja “ç”, 155 dhe 157, pika
3, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e një grupi deputetësh,

VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr. 9632, datë 30.10.2006, “Për sistemin e taksave vendore”, të ndryshuar, bëhet
ndryshimi i mëposhtëm:
Neni 1
Në nenin 27, pika 3, shkronja “c”, fjalia e dytë shfuqizohet.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 23.7.2020.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 11575, datë 3.8.2020 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë,
