PËR RATIFIKIMIN E MARRËVESHJES SË ANGAZHIMIT NDËRMJET

KËSHILLIT TË MINISTRAVE TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË,

PËRFAQËSUAR NGA MINISTRIA E SHËNDETËSISË DHE MBROJTJES

SOCIALE, DHE ALEANCËS GAVI, PËR PJESËMARRJEN NË STRUKTURËN

GLOBALE TË QASJES NË VAKSINAT COVID-19 (COVAX FACILITY)

Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 2, dhe 121, pika 1, shkronja “ç”, të Kushtetutës, me

propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

KUVENDI

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet marrëveshja e angazhimit ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së

Shqipërisë, përfaqësuar nga Ministria e Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale, dhe Aleancës GAVI,

për pjesëmarrjen në strukturën globale të qasjes në vaksinat COVID-19 (Covax Facility), sipas

tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji.

Neni 2

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.

Miratuar në datën 29.10.2020.

Shpallur me dekretin nr. 11822, datë 10.11.2020, të Presidentit të Republikës së

Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta.

Kjo Marrëveshje Angazhimi, e datës 18 shtator 2020, është lidhur midis:

2. Aleancës GAVI, një fondacion jofitimprurës i regjistruar në kantonin e Gjenevës (me
