PËR NJË NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR. 9981, DATË 8.9.2008, “PËR MIRATIMIN
E NIVELEVE TË TARIFËS DOGANORE”, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 81, pika 1, dhe 155, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e një deputeti,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr. 9981, datë 8.9.2008, “Për miratimin e niveleve të tarifës doganore”, të ndryshuar,
në lidhjen nr. 1, tarifa doganore për kodin tarifor të NKM 8903 10, “mjetet e tjera ujore për
kënaqësi dhe sporte, të fryra me ajër ose gaz”, nga 15 për qind bëhet 2 për qind.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
