VENDOSI:
Miratohet akti normativ, me fuqinë e ligjit, nr. 7, datë 12.3.2021, “Për një ndryshim në aktin
normativ nr. 1, datë 10.1.2021, të Këshillit të Ministrave ‘Për miratimin e tekstit të marrëveshjes
për prodhimin dhe furnizimin nga dhe ndërmjet Pfizer Export B.V. dhe Ministrisë së
Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale të Shqipërisë, Institutit të Shëndetit Publik dhe ministrit të
Shtetit për Rindërtimin, autorizimin e procedurës për lejimin e hyrjes dhe administrimit të
vaksinave anticovid-19 në Republikën e Shqipërisë, si dhe përdorimin e tyre në popullatë’,
miratuar me ligjin nr. 2/2021”.
