GAVI, PËR PJESËMARRJEN NË STRUKTURËN GLOBALE TË QASJES NË

VAKSINAT COVID-19 (COVAX FACILITY), MIRATUAR ME LIGJIN NR. 134/2020

Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 2, dhe 121, pika 1, shkronja “d”, të Kushtetutës, me

propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

KUVENDI

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet marrëveshja ndryshuese me shkëmbim letrash të marrëveshjes së angazhimit

të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë, përfaqësuar nga Ministria e

ndërmjet Këshillit

Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale, dhe Aleancës GAVI, për pjesëmarrjen në strukturën globale

të qasjes në vaksinat COVID-19 (Covax Facility), miratuar me ligjin nr. 134/2020, që i

bashkëlidhet këtij ligji.

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.

Neni 2

Miratuar në datën 23.3.2021.
