Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet marrëveshja “Për ndryshimin dhe rivendosjen e marrëveshjes nr. 1, në lidhje me marrëveshjen e bashkëpunimit të datës 11 janar 2016 ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë, të përfaqësuar nga Ministria e Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural, Ministria e Financave dhe Ekonomisë, Ministria e Turizmit dhe Mjedisit, dhe Bankës Evropiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim për lehtësimin e mbështetjes së agrobiznesit dhe sektorit të turizmit, BERZH – Shqipëri, llogari bashkëpunimi”, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji.

Neni 2

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
