REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË, PËRFAQËSUAR NGA MINISTRIA E FINANCAVE,
DHE SHTETEVE TË BASHKUARA TË AMERIKËS, PËRFAQËSUAR NGA AGJENCIA
E BASHKËPUNIMIT PËR SIGURINË E MBROJTJES (DSCA), NË KUADËR TË
FINANCIMIT TË JASHTËM USHTARAK (FMF)
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pikat 1 e 2, dhe 121, pika 1, shkronja “ç”, të Kushtetutës, me
propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikimin e marrëveshjes së huas direkte ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë, përfaqësuar nga
Ministria e Financave, dhe Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikës, përfaqësuar nga Agjencia e
Bashkëpunimit për Sigurinë e Mbrojtjes (DSCA), në kuadër të financimit të jashtëm ushtarak (FMF),
sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse e tij.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë dhe botohet në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Neni 2
Miratuar në datën 27.7.2026.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 459, datë 30.7.2026, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë,
Bajram Begaj.
