Miratohet akti normativ, me fuqinë e ligjit, nr. 16, datë 7.4.2021, “Për miratimin e tekstit të

marrëveshjes ndërmjet ‘Human Vaccine’ LLC dhe Ministrisë së Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes

Sociale të Shqipërisë, ministrit të Shtetit për Rindërtim të Shqipërisë dhe Institutit të Shëndetit

Publik, për furnizimin e Republikës së Shqipërisë me vaksinën kundër COVID-19 ‘Sputnik V’, të

zhvilluar nga Instituti Kombëtar i Kërkimit Gamaleya për Epidemiologjinë dhe Mikrobiologjinë

në Rusi”.
