Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e garancisë ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Evropiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim (BERZH) për marrëveshjen e huas ndërmjet Operatorit të Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike sh.a. (OSHEE), dhe Bankës Evropiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim për projektin e OSHEE-së për reagimin ndaj krizës së pandemisë COVID-19, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse e tij.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 28.10.2021.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 13314, datë 9.11.2021, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta.
