BV dhe Ministrisë së Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale të Shqipërisë, ministrit të Shtetit për
Rindërtimin dhe Institutit të Shëndetit Publik, miratuar me aktin normativ nr. 3, datë 18.1.2021,
të Këshillit të Ministrave”.
