KËSHILLIT TË MINISTRAVE TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
DHE BANKËS PËR ZHVILLIM TË KËSHILLIT TË EVROPËS
PËR MBËSHTETJEN E PËRPJEKJEVE TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
PËR ZBUTJEN E PANDEMISË COVID-19
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pikat 1 e 2, dhe 121, pika 1, shkronja “ç”, të Kushtetutës, me
propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja kuadër e huas ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së
Shqipërisë dhe Bankës për Zhvillim të Këshillit të Evropës, për mbështetjen e përpjekjeve të
Republikës së Shqipërisë për zbutjen e pandemisë COVID-19, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij
ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse e tij.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Neni 2
Miratuar në datën 9.12.2021.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 13391, datë 17.12.2021, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë,
Ilir Meta.
