TË MINISTRAVE TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË DHE QEVERISË
SË MBRETËRISË SË BASHKUAR TË BRITANISË SË MADHE
DHE IRLANDËS SË VERIUT PËR RIPRANIMIN E PERSONAVE
DHE PROTOKOLLIT ZBATUES TË MARRËVESHJES
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe qeverisë
së Mbretërisë së Bashkuar të Britanisë së Madhe dhe Irlandës së Veriut për ripranimin e personave
dhe protokollit zbatues të marrëveshjes, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë
përbërëse e tij.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
