Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e financimit ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë, përfaqësuar nga Këshilli i Ministrave, Malit të Zi, përfaqësuar nga Zyra e Integrimit Evropian, dhe Komisionit Evropian për Programin e Veprimit të Bashkëpunimit Ndërkufitar IPA II, Mali i Zi–Shqipëri, 2014–2020, alokimet për vitin 2020, sipas tekstit bashkëlidhur këtij ligji.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 20.12.2021.
