Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Në fjalinë e fundit të nenit 3, të ligjit nr. 7918, datë 13.4.1995, “Për miratimin me ndryshime
të dekretit nr. 1030, datë 23.2.1995, ‘Për emetimin dhe shpërndarjen e bonove të privatizimit
(lekëve të privatizimit)’ dhe dekretit nr. 1049, datë 27.3.1995, ‘Për disa plotësime në dekretin nr.
1030, datë 23.2.1995’”, të ndryshuar, fjalët “deri më 31.12.2021” zëvendësohen me fjalët “deri
më 31.12.2023”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 3.2.2022.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.13492, datë 25.2.2022,
të Presidentit
të Republikës së
Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta.
