PËR RATIFIKIMIN E KONTRATËS FINANCIARE NDËRMJET KËSHILLIT
TË MINISTRAVE TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË DHE BANKËS EVROPIANE
TË INVESTIMEVE PËR PROGRAMIN “UKT SHPËRNDARJA E UJIT”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, shkronja “ç”, të Kushtetutës, me
propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet kontrata financiare ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe
Bankës Evropiane të Investimeve për programin “UKT shpërndarja e ujit”, sipas tekstit që i
bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse e tij.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Neni 2
Miratuar në datën 21.4.2022.
