TË TRASHËGIMISË KULTURORE DHE PEIZAZHIT KULTUROR, PJESË
E PARKUT KOMBËTAR TË BUTRINTIT, NDËRMJET MINISTRISË
SË KULTURËS DHE FONDACIONIT PËR MENAXHIMIN E BUTRINTIT
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 e 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, dhe nenit 172, pika 5, të ligjit nr.
27/2018, “Për trashëgiminë kulturore dhe muzetë”, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Miratohet marrëveshja për administrimin e nënzonave të trashëgimisë kulturore dhe peizazhit
kulturor, pjesë e Parkut Kombëtar të Butrintit, ndërmjet Ministrisë së Kulturës dhe Fondacionit
për Menaxhimin e Butrintit, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
