Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, shkronja “ç”, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e huas ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Ndërkombëtare për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim për financimin shtesë për projektin “Përmirësimi i sistemit të shëndetësisë”, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse e tij.
Neni 2
Hyrja në fuqi
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar më datë 9.6.2022.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 13751, datë 30.6.2022, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta.
