BRITANISË SË MADHE DHE IRLANDËS SË VERIUT, TË PËRFAQËSUAR NGA

MINISTRIA E PUNËVE TË BRENDSHME, PËR SHKËMBIMIN E

Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 e 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të

Ministrave,

KUVENDI

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet memorandumi i mirëkuptimit ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së

Shqipërisë, të përfaqësuar nga Ministria e Brendshme e Republikës së Shqipërisë, dhe qeverisë së

Mbretërisë së Bashkuar të Britanisë së Madhe dhe Irlandës së Veriut, të përfaqësuar nga Ministria

e Punëve të Brendshme, për shkëmbimin e informacionit për qëllime të lidhura me migracionin,

sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse e tij.

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.

Neni 2

Miratuar në datën 15.9.2022.

Shpallur me dekretin nr. 13855, datë 27.9.2022, të Presidentit të Republikës së

Shqipërisë, Bajram Begaj.
