EVROPIAN, QË PËRCAKTON DISPOZITAT E MENAXHIMIT DHE ZBATIMIT TË
ASISTENCËS FINANCIARE TË BASHKIMIT EVROPIAN PËR REPUBLIKËN E
SHQIPËRISË, NË KUADËR TË PROGRAMIT PËR ZHVILLIMIN RURAL TË
INSTRUMENTIT PËR ASISTENCËN E PARAANËTARËSIMIT (IPARD III)
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e
Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja sektoriale ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë
dhe Komisionit Evropian, që përcakton dispozitat e menaxhimit dhe zbatimit
të asistencës
financiare të Bashkimit Evropian për Republikën e Shqipërisë, në kuadër të Programit për Zhvillimin
Rural të Instrumentit për Asistencën e Paraanëtarësimit (IPARD III), sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet
këtij ligji.
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Neni 2
Miratuar më datë 22.12.2022.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 2, datë 6.1.2023, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Bajram
Begaj.
