PËR RATIFIKIMIN E MARRËVESHJES NDËRMJET KËSHILLIT TË MINISTRAVE
TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË DHE QEVERISË SË REPUBLIKËS SË
POLONISË PËR BASHKËPUNIMIN NË FUSHËN E MBROJTJES
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe qeverisë së
Republikës së Polonisë për bashkëpunimin në fushën e mbrojtjes sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij
ligji.
Neni 2
Shfuqizohet ligji nr. 9139, datë 16.10.2003, “Për ratifikimin e marrëveshjes ndërmjet qeverisë së
Republikës të Shqipërisë dhe qeverisë së Republikës së Polonisë për bashkëpunim në fushën e
mbrojtjes”.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren zyrtare.
Miratuar më datë 2.2.2023.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 25, datë 15.2.2023, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë,
