PËR RATIFIKIMIN E MARRËVESHJES SË HUAS NDËRMJET REPUBLIKËS
SË SHQIPËRISË DHE BANKËS NDËRKOMBËTARE PËR RINDËRTIM
DHE ZHVILLIM PËR “PËRMIRËSIMIN E AKSESIT TË BARABARTË NË
SHËRBIMET PUBLIKE TË STANDARDIT TË LARTË NËPËRMJET OPERACIONIT
GOVTECH”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, shkronja “ç”, të Kushtetutës, me
propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e huas ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Ndërkombëtare për
Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim për “Përmirësimin e aksesit të barabartë në shërbimet publike të standardit të
lartë nëpërmjet operacionit Govtech”, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse
e tij.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 22.6.2023.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 97, datë 3.7.2023,
të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Bajram Begaj
