Në mbështetje të neneve 16 dhe 28 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4. 1991 “Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese”
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Miratohet dekreti nr.1349, datë 10.1.1996 “Për një ndryshim në ligjin nr.7681, datë 4.3.1993,
ndryshuar me ligjin nr.7994, datë 14.9.1995 “Për administrimin e tatimeve e taksave në Republikën e
Shqipërisë”’ me këtë ndryshim: Në nenin 2, në paragrafin e tretë të pikës b, në rreshtin e parë, shifra
“500 000 lekë” bëhet: “50 mijë deri 100 mijë lekë”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë dhe i shtrin efektet që nga data 1.2.1996.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.1374, datë 16.2.1996 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqiprisë, Sali
