PËR DISA NDRYSHIME NË LIGJIN NR.7499, DATË 6.7.1991 "PËR RIVENDOSJEN E
GRADAVE USHTARAKE NË FORCAT E ARMATOSURA TË REPUBLIKËS SË
SHQIPËRISË"
Në mbështetje të nenit 16 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4.l991 "Për dispozitat krye sore
kushtetuese", me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.7499, datë 6.7.l991 "Për rivendosjen e gradave ushtarake në forcat e armatosura
të Republikës së Shqipërisë" në nenin 8 dhe 11 pas fjal ëve "të Ministrit të Rendit Publik", shtohen
fjalët" të Ministrit të Financave".
Neni 2
Në nenin 12 pas fjalëve " Ministri i Rendit Publik " shtohen fjalët " Ministri i Financave ".
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.94 , datë 25.12.1991 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Ramiz
