PËR RATIFIKIMIN E KONVENTËS "PËR NDALIMIN E ZHVILLIMIT, PRODHIMIT,
STOKIMIT E PËRDORIMIT TË ARMËVE KIMIKE DHE SHKATËRRIMIN E TYRE"
Në mbështetje të nenit 16 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4.1991 "Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni l
Ratifikohet "Konventa për ndalimin e zhvillimit, prodhimit, stokimit e përdorimit të armëve
kimike dhe shkatërrimin e tyre".
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
Shpallur me dektretin nr. 626, datë 4.8.1993 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërise, Sali
Berisha.
