PËR NDARJEN E INVESTIMEVE NË PUSHTETIN LOKAL
Në mbështetje të nenit 9 të ligjit nr.7906, datë 4.4.1995 “Për Buxhetin e Shtetit të vitit 1995”
me porpozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Miratohet ndarja e investimeve për organet e pushtetit lokal sipas pasqyrave të bashkëngjitura
këtij ligji.
Neni 2
Ngarkohen Ministria e Financave dhe Sekretari i Shtetit për Pushtetin Lokal të bëjnë çeljen e
fondeve për çdo organ të pushtetit lokal.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
