Në nenin 3 të ligjit nr.7678, datë 3.3.1993, ndryshuar me ligjin nr.7797, datë 23.2.1994, ligjin
nr.7821, datë 11.5.1984 dhe ligjin nr.7901, datë 15.2.1995 bëhen këto ndryshime:
përqindje e akcizës
- pika “d” energji elektrike50
shfuqizohet.
- në paragrafin e parafundit, rreshti i tretë, fjalët “... për energjinë elektrike 50 për qind dhe...”
shfuqizohen.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi më 1 janar 1997.
