PËR MIRATIMIN ME NDRYSHIME TË DEKRETIT NR.1486, DATË 6.5.1996 “PËR NJË
NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR.7679, DATË 3.3.1993 “PËR TATIMIN MBI BIZNESIN E
VOGËL”
Në mbështetje të nenit 16 të lig jit nr.7491, datë 29.4.1991 “Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese”,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Miratohet me ndryshime dekreti nr.1486, datë 6.5.1996 “Për një ndryshim në ligjin nr.7679,
datë 3.3.1993 “Për tatimin mbi biznesin e vogël” si vijon:
1- Në paragrafin e dytë të nenit 1 në rreshtin e fundit fjalët “të ardhurat (xhiron)”
zëvendësohen me fjalët “xhiron (qarkullimin)”
2. Në nenin 2 në fund të fjalisë shtohet: “Gjithashtu fjalët “të ardhurat” zëvendësohen me
fjalën “xhiro”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj në fyqi menjëherë.
