Neni 1
Në nenin 3, pika 3, të ligjit nr.8080, datë 1.3.1996 “Për letrat me vlerë” fjalët “Komisioni
përbëhet nga pesë anëtarë...” zëvendësohet me fjalët “Komisionit përbëhet nga shtatë anëtarë...”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
