Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.8379, datë 29.7.1998 “Për hartimin dhe zbatimin e Buxhetit të Shtetit të
Republikës së Shqipërisë”, neni 22 pika 22.2 dhe neni 23 pika 23.2 shfuqizohen.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare
