Neni 1

“Për sistemin e taksave në Republikën e Shqipërisë””, ndryshuar me ligjet nr.8508, datë 7.7.1999,
nr.8519, datë 30.7.1999, nr.8552, datë 18.11.1999, nr.8581, datë 17.2.2000, nr.8651, datë 28.6.2000,
nr.8713, datë 15.12.2000 dhe nr.8840, datë 11.12.2001 ndryshohet:
“Ky ligj hyn në fuqi më 1 janar 2003.”
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
