Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 155 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në nenin 5 të ligjit nr.8002, datë 27.9.1995 “Për përdorimin dhe administrimin e pullave dhe
taksave”, i ndryshuar me ligjin nr.8925, datë 22.7.2002, në par agrafin e parë, njësia monetare “USD”
zëvendësohet me “Euro”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 3722, datë 28.2.2003 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Alfred
Moisiu.
