Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet “Traktati për ndalimin e plotë të provave bërthamore”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.

PËR NDALIMIN E PLOTË TË PROVAVE BËRTHAMORE
Hyrje
Shtetet Pale ne kete traktat (ketej e tutje te permendura si "Shtetet Palë"),
duke mirepritur marreveshjet nderkombetare dhe masat e tjera pozitive te viteve te fundit ne fushen e carmatimit berthamor, perfshire reduktimin e arsenalit te armeve berthamore, si dhe ne fushen e ndalimit te perhapjes se armeve berthamore ne te gjitha aspektet,
duke nenvizuar rendesine e zbatimit te plote dhe te menjehershem te ketyre marreveshjeve dhe masave,
te bindur se situata e tanishme nderkombetare siguron nje mundesi per te marre masa te metejshme efektive lidhur me çarmatimin nderkombetar dhe kunder perhapjes se armeve berthamore ne te gjitha aspektet dhe duke deklaruar qellimin e tyre per te ndermarre masa te tilla,
