I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Republika e Shqipërisë aderon në Konventën Ndërkombëtare Detare “Për shpëtimin e jetës në
det (SOLAS), 1947”, e ndryshuar.
Neni 2
Republika e Shqipërisë aderon në “Protokollin e vitit 1978, i ndryshuar, të Konventës
Ndërkombëtare Detare “Për shpëtimin e jetës në det (SOLAS), 1974”, e ndryshuar.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
