VEPRON NË EMËR TË SHTETIT SHQIPTAR DHE KORPORATËS FINANCIARE

NDËRKOMBËTARE (IFC) E BANKËS EUROPIANE PËR RINDËRTIM DHE

ZHVILLIM (BERZH)”

Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit

të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet ndryshimi në “Marrëveshjen e rishitjes së aksionev e të INSIG sha-së

ndërmjet Ministrisë së Financave, që vepron në emër të shtetit shqiptar dhe Korporatës Financiare

Ndërkombëtare (IFC) e Bankës Europiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim (BERZH)”.

Neni 2

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
