Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet “Marrëveshja e garancisë ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Europiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim (BERZH), që lidhet me marrëveshjen e kredisë ndërmjet Korporatës Elektroenergjetike Shqiptare dhe Bankës Europiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim, në kuadër të programit të Komunitetit të Energjisë të Europës Juglindore”.

Neni 2

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
