Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 155 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr.8977, datë 12.12.2002 “Për sistemin e taksave në Republikën e Shqipërisë”, të
ndryshuar, bëhet ky ndryshim:
Neni 1
Në lidhjen 5 pikat 1 e 2 të shkronjës “A” shfuqizohen.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
