", me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË

VENDOS I:

Neni 1

Qeveria e Republikës së Shqipërisë është e autorizuar këtu në emër të Republikës së

Shqipërisë të pranojë anëtarësinë e Fondit Monetar Ndërkombëtar (që këtej e tutje do t 'i referohemi

Fondi), në Bankën Ndërkombëtare për Rindërtim dhe zhvillim ( që këtej e tutje do t 'i referohemi

"Banka" ) në Korporatën Financiare të Investimeve (që këtej e tutje do t 'i referohemi "Korporata") në

shoqatën Zhvillimit Ndërkombëtar (që këtej e tutje do t'i referohemi "Shoqata") dhe në Agjencinë e

Garantimit të Investimeve Shumëpalëshe (që këtej e tutje do t'i referohemi "Agjencia ") duke pranuar

nenet respektive të Marrëveshjes së Fondit Bankës, Korporatës dhe Shoqatës siç janë rregulluar dhe

duke nënshkruar dhe ratifikuar konventën themeluese të Agjencisë, tekstet e të cilave jepen në anekset
