Në mbështetje të neneve 13 dhe 16 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4.1991 "Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese", me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Akcizat janë tatime mbi një numër të kufizuar mallrash për konsum të brendshëm, pavarësisht
nëse prodhohen brenda vendit apo importohen.
Neni 2
Personat juridikë dhe fizikë që i nënshtrohen këtij tatimi janë prodhuesit dhe importuesit e
mallrave të tatueshme me akcizë.
Neni 3
Mallrat që tatohen me akciza dhe përqindjet e tyre janë:
a) Prodhime duhani: Përqindja e akcizës
- Cigare............... 75
- Puro................. 75
- Duhan llulle......... 75
b) Pije alkoolike Përqindja e akcizës
- Birrë................ 30
- Verë................. 35
- Raki................. 50
- Konjak, uzo, fërnet,
ponç, uiski, rum dhe
të gjitha pijet e tjera
alkoolike............ 80
- Likernat............. 50
c) Nënproduktet e naftës me
përjshtim të vajgurit që
konsumohet nga popullata 50
