PËR NJË NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR.7651, DATË 21.12.1992 “PËR FESTAT ZYRTARE”
Në mbështetje të neneve 16 e 23 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4.19 91 “Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese”,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Paragrafi i fundit i nenit 1 të ligjit nr.7651, datë 21.12.1992 “Për festat zyrtare” ndryshohet si
vijon:
“Kur ditët e festave zyrtare të mësipërme bien ditën e shtunë o se të dielë, ditë pushimi do të
jenë ditët pasardhëse të punës”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.742, datë 24.12.1993 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Sali
Berisha.
