Në mbështetje të neneve 16 dhe 28 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4. 1991 “Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese”,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Të miratohet dekreti nr.750, datë 11.1.1994, “Për një ndryshim në ligjin nr.7609, datë
22.9.1992 “Për tarifat doganore”, ndryshuar me ligjin nr.7654, datë 24.12.1992, “Për një ndryshim në
ligjin nr.7609, datë 22.9.1992 “Për tarifat doganore” me këtë shtesë:
Pas nenit 1 të shtohet neni 1a me këtë përmbajtje:
“Ligji nr.7654, datë 24.12.1992 “Për një ndryshim në ligjin nr. 7609, datë 22.9.1992 “Për
tarifat doganore”, shfuqizohet.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.777, datë 17.2.1994 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Sali
Berisha.
