PËR RATIFIKIMIN E “MARRËVESHJES NDËRMJET QEVERISË SË REPUBLIKËS SË
SHQIPËRISË DHE KOMISARIATIT TË LARTË TË KOMBEVE TË BASHKUARA PËR
REFUGJATËT”
Në mbështetje të nenit 16 të ligjit nr. 7491, datë 29.4.1991 “Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese”, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet “Marrëveshja ndërmjet Qeverisë se Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Komisariatit të
Lartë të Kombeve të Bashkuara për Refugjatët”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.877, datë 6.7.1994 të Presidentit të Re publikës së Shqipërisë, Sali
Berisha.
