PËR NJË SHTESË NË LIGJIN NR.7698, DATË 15.4.1993 "PËR KTHIMIN DHE
KOMPENSIMIN E PRONAVE ISH-PRONARËVE"
Në mbështetje të neneve 16 dhe 23 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4.1991 "Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese", me propozim të një grupi deputetësh,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në paragrafin e parë të nenit 3, pas fjalëve "... toka buj qësore", të shtohen fjalët "si dhe ajo
jobujqësore".
Në paragrafin e tretë, pas fjalëve "Me tokë bujqësore" të shtohen fjalët "dhe jo bujqësore".
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
