“PËR DISA SHTESA E NDRYSHIME NË LIGJIN NR.7697, DATË 7.4.1993 "PËR
KUNDËRVAJTJET ADMINISTRATIVE"
Në mbështetje të neneve 16 dhe 28 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4 .1991 “Për
dispozitat kryesore kushtetuese”,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Miratohet dekreti nr.939, datë 11.10.1994 “Për disa shtesa e ndryshime në ligjin
nr.7697, datë 7.4.1993 “Për kundërvajtjet administrative” me këtë shtesë:
"Neni 21/6
Këshilli i Ministrave dhe organet e pushtetit lokal brenda 3 muajve nga hyrja në
fuqi e ligjit, duhet të marrin masat që parashikohen në zbatimin e këtij dekreti”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.1095, datë 5.5.1995 të Presidentit të Republikës së
Shqipërisë,
